5. Order Cancellation
The customer may request cancellation of an order before it is handed over to the delivery company.
Once the delivery company has received the order, cancellation may no longer be possible.
If an order for which full or partial payment has already been made is cancelled, the amount paid will be processed according to the payment method and the applicable procedures for the order.
6. Receiving and Checking the Order
Customers are advised to check the order upon receipt to ensure that the products match the order and that there is no visible damage or shortage.
If the customer identifies an issue with the products received, such as damage, an incorrect item, a shortage, or a product that does not match the order, the customer should contact us on the same day the order is received and provide clear photographs showing the issue to assist us in reviewing and resolving it.
7. Returns and Handling Product Issues
Due to the nature of food products, products that are in good condition cannot be returned solely because the customer has changed their mind after receiving them.
If a product is defective, damaged, incorrect, or otherwise has an issue, the customer should notify us on the same day of receipt, provide photographs showing the issue, and provide the necessary order information for review.
After reviewing the case, the request will be handled according to the nature of the issue and may involve replacement, return, or refund, as applicable.
These Terms and Conditions do not limit any rights granted to consumers under the applicable laws and regulations of the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan.
